You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

- Return fee: 59 SEK
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
Europe
- Return fee: €18
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
The return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings or jewellery with broken hygiene seals
- Sunglasses with broken seals
- Hair accessories
How to Return an Item
- Complete the return slip included with your order.
- If you need a new return slip, contact us at support@olesdottrar.se.
- Pack the item securely with all original tags attached.
- Use the return shipping label provided and send the parcel back to us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days via Kustom.
