Returns and Refunds
Terms and Conditions for Distance Sales:
Applicability:
- These terms and conditions apply to all distance sales made through our online store, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights).
Right of Withdrawal:
- Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which the customer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Procedure for Withdrawal:
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Customers may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of Withdrawal:
- If the customer withdraws from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, or for goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns and Refunds in Sweden:
- Return Policy: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. (Exceptions apply to hair accessories due to hygiene reasons). A return label is included with your delivery.
- Return Procedure: Complete the enclosed return form and use the provided return shipping label. The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all tags and labels attached.
- Sealed Products: Jewelry and sunglasses are sealed, and the seal must be intact for a return or exchange.
- Refunds: Processed via Klarna after we have received and approved your return. Refunds may take up to 14 business days.
- Return Fee: A fee of 49 SEK will be applied for returns. Free returns for exchanges for a different color/size of the same item.

Returns and Refunds in Europe:
- Return Policy: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. (Exceptions apply to hair accessories due to hygiene reasons). A return label is included with your delivery.

Unclaimed Parcels or Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If a parcel is returned to Oles Döttrar due to the recipient not picking it up from the service point, not being reachable at the provided phone number for delivery notification, refusing to accept the delivery, or providing incorrect information, a fee will be charged. This fee covers the cost of return shipping, packaging, and handling.
- Sweden: 300 SEK
- Europe: €40
- The fee will be charged via invoice or deducted from the refund amount after the return has been received by Oles Döttrar. If a new delivery attempt is requested after a failed delivery, a new delivery cost will apply.
Claims and Complaints
Claims:
- For claims, please contact us at support@olesdottrar.se for assistance.
Transport Damage:
- Inspect the goods for any damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product itself, report it immediately to the carrier and contact us within 24 hours. Take photographs of the damage as this will assist in processing the claim. If the damage is not reported within the specified time, we may not be able to process your claim.
Defective Products:
- If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@olesdottrar.se or +46 31 162 952 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including replacing the product or providing a refund as necessary.
