Thank you for shopping with us! Please read the following terms carefully as they outline our policies regarding shipping, returns, and refunds. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store. They are governed by Swedish law, including the Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).


2. Shipping Costs

  • Sweden:
    • Standard shipping: 49 SEK
    • Home delivery: 99 SEK
    • Pick up in store: FREE
  • Europe:
    • Standard shipping: €18

Delivery Times:

  • Sweden: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Europe: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days.

3. Returns and Refunds

Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to all items except:
    • Items such as jewelry or sunglasses where the seal has been broken.
    • Hair accessories, due to hygiene reasons.

Return Costs

  • Sweden

    • The original shipping cost (49 SEK) is non-refundable.
    • For returns, both the original shipping fee (49 SEK) and the return fee (49 SEK) will be deducted from your refund.

    Europe

    • The original shipping cost (€18) is non-refundable.
    • For returns, both the original shipping fee (€18) and the return fee (€18) will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all tags and labels attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Refunds will be processed via Klarna within 14 business days of receiving and approving your return.

How to Make a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Return Slip: You will receive a return slip with your order.
  2. No Return Slip? If you did not receive a return slip or misplaced it, please contact us at support@olesdottrar.se. We will assist you and provide a new return slip.
  3. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the items in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Ensure the completed return slip is included in your return package.
  4. Send the Package: Use the return shipping label that we send with your order and send the items back to us.

4. Unclaimed Parcels or Failed Delivery Attempts

If a parcel is returned to us due to the following reasons:

  • The recipient did not pick it up from the service point.
  • Incorrect delivery information was provided.
  • The recipient refused delivery.

A fee will be applied to cover the cost of return shipping, packaging, and handling:

  • Sweden: 300 SEK.
  • Europe: €40.

This fee will be deducted from your refund, or a new shipping fee will apply if you request redelivery.


5. Claims and Complaints

Transport Damage

  • If you notice any damage to the packaging or items upon delivery, report it to the carrier immediately and contact us within 24 hours at support@olesdottrar.se.
  • Please include photographs of the damage.

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, contact us as soon as possible at support@olesdottrar.se with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will either replace the item or provide a refund.
