- Standard delivery: €18
Estimated delivery times
- Sweden: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 2–7 business days
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings or jewellery with broken hygiene seals
- Sunglasses with broken seals
- Hair accessories
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all tags attached
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded through the original payment method via Kustom within 14 business days after the return has been received and approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unclaimed Parcels
Orders returned to us due to:
- Unclaimed parcels
- Incorrect delivery information
- Refused deliveries
will incur a handling fee:
- Sweden: 300 SEK
- Europe: €40
