Production:
All BY BANOO products are handmade in family-owned factories in northern Portugal, with extensive experience in luxury goods and a sharp eye for detail. In accordance with strict EU regulations, the factories ensure good working conditions for the leather artisans.

Leather:
All leather comes from an Italian tannery that is LWG Gold certified — the highest certification in the industry — with up to 85% traceability. The tannery also meets the USDA biobased product standards. We use exclusively premium cowhide leather in all designs.

Leather Types:
• Embossed leather: Soft and durable, with a fine top-grain texture.
• Smooth leather: Full-grain nappa with a semi-gloss finish and a luxurious feel.
• Suede: Fine, soft, and velvety top-grain suede with a water-repellent coating and excellent color retention.

Lining:
100% cotton in all bags except the 12 Hour Duffel Bag and 24 Hour Suitcase, which feature a 100% polyester lining for easy care.

Hardware:
All hardware is made in Italy. Our clasps are crafted from high-quality brass, ensuring exceptional durability and strength to support heavily loaded work bags. BY BANOO uses exclusively YKK zippers.
